I like pickled jalapeños but I love raw oysters and would never combine them, a dash of citrus or a drop of good vinegar is as adventurous as I choose to get with the delicate taste of a chilled oyster

Nope not everything goes on raw oysters. Simple is perfect. Sauces yes horseradish with cocktail sauce great. The key is to still enjoy the oyster itself. Keep up the good work..
