How to Request Full Refund on PS4 GAMES & DLC (Easy Method)

Do you want to know how to request a full refund on PS4 games and DLC or even preorders! This is very easy to do. If you go to playstation dot com and then select support, then in the bottom right side of the screen you can select online assistant. Then chat with an online support agent to confirm your identity. Also, don't download or play the game you've bought otherwise you won't qualify for a refund.

I was able to get a refund on the Last of Us: Left Behind because I purchased The Last of Us Remastered in the same transaction not knowing that it was included. I downloaded it to my system but never opened it. It was only $10 but their return policy is absolute BS. Microsoft is so much easier.

What if you spent 41.98 on DayZ on PS4, download the game, realise it's basically dead then realise you downloaded it so you can't get a refund. It should be mandatory to be able to try before you buy.

I don't wanna look stupid, but can I refund VR games? I sold my PSVR headset recently and I have many games that are only VR compatible so they're basically useless. Will they still accept my request??
