Going off the actual sell price and the fact this is, as you say, "The Holy Grail of Who-dom". I'd price it around 10 Thousand.

They were also selling off, at different times, the Shada shooting scripts and the complete Fury From the Deep shooting scripts. They went for £1300 and £1600 (before fees) IIRC. Elsewhere, a prop dealer has a complete screen used Tardis for sale (time rotor not included). Opening bid for that could be starting where the Hartnell script left off.

On Twitch it was revealed that the 7th Doctor's silk handkerchief was bought by Batmanmarch 's brother for £450, so I guess these things are a little more affordable than you might expect. Out of my price range though! I 😁

I guess that does seem low. But I guess it's not quite what I'd want. If this was a signed early draft I'd be like hell yeah here's everything I own. But this is something that was literally thrown in the trash. It's still interesting and would be a great thing to own but I can see why it got sold the way it did.
