I just hope he does a good job and delivers on his promises to the people. I don't know enough about Argentina's situation to comment on how effective I think he would be, so all I can say is "hope it works for them".

He has the right ideas, but it'll be interesting to see whether he can get them implemented. Every government has an entrenched bureaucracy, and knowing that their jobs are at risk, they'll circle the wagons. Cutting the size of government won't as easy as ripping name--tags off the whiteboard. Those people will fight, and they'll fight dirty.

A country had crippling debt, hyperinflation, high unemployment, high crime, and a hungry if not starving population. An eccentric man, and his followers alleviated these problems, and offered greatness if this elected leader was given dictatorial power. He gave his neighbors some trouble, which didn't end well. Coincidentally, his followers moved to Argentina.
May Argentina find prosperity, liberty, and happiness in a good way.
