I feel like Yoda chose to not fight general grievous later on as well as previously, because as much as he would like to deny it, he possessed a genuine hatred and disgust for the droid general and chose to not engage in further battles, in order to prevent falling to the Darkside, and giving into hatred.

It's possible Grevious on a subconscious level knew he was outmatched from the start, I say this because as the video stated Grevious did an extremely stupid, almost out of character action in his "duel" with Yoda and attacked him with a single blade, as also shown Yoda was able to effortlessly take that blade from Grevious whenever he wanted, it's possible that Grevious realized that he was so heavily outclassed not even using multiple lightsabers would of made a difference.

I’m really impressed Grevious went toe-to-toe with Mace Windu, going so far as to mimic the physical aspect of Windu’s Vaapad technique.

As Dooku himself, notes in Labyrinth of evil, he pities Grevious if he should ever come up against any of the Jedi council members as he would stand no chance of victory as Yoda ably demonstartes above, by giving a damn good thrashing.

Dooku even warned Grievous in the past that he would be wise to retreat from someone like Yoda instead of engaging him but it seems apparent that his cybernetic brain has room for everything except a degree of common sense.

I’m sure Dooku told Greivous that he never was able to defeat him in a duel and that Plo was the only one to actually beat him in a single duel out of who knows how many duels those two had for Plo to win that one duel.
