Thank you for detailed info. You can talk all about it all day long however, currently there's none available and if you find a very low mile used, there's a $15k mark up price. Because of that, I'm going full electric.

Nice review. Live in a small town of 11k and take lots of short trips and some limited highway but in a hilly area, which is perfect for a hybrid. Get it comes from the EPA, which implies if not driving on a highway, you drive around in a city.

I just picked mine up two days ago, in the same color as at the start. I think it looks nice in person. Things I didn't expect, the steering wheel is not very nice, very plastic feeling. The braking is a little unlike what I've experienced before with the hybrid. Getting used to it. The drivers side doesn't have a rear seat back pocket, the passenger seat does. No biggie, but odd. Only ONE USB port. Should be more, maybe there's one I haven't found yet. Under seat storage on the rear is fun.

I wonder why Ford didn’t offer the Lariat trim as a hybrid in Canada. It’s available in the states….well offered as an option anyway. None of these trucks are available at the moment.

Not sure if you realize or maybe I did not catch your correction, but the hybrid is available with the lariat trim

I ordered and XLT hybrid today in area 51. Lowermainland so I think I can get away without the AWD and the hybrid will be awesome for fuel economy. Might need snow tires. Not a real order Its just a order for when 2023 orders become available so it goes in right away.

You get 11 to 10.5 l per 100km with fx4 it's half that mileage with a 62L tank vs 52L 580km vs 800 is big difference

I already have Toyotas version that already gets 50mpg. My Prius it’s a hatch back and I have fit almost everything I would fit into the maverick. Even more.

Why do you have to call it a "city" truck? Get over yourselves. I live in the COUNTRY and the Maverick is perfect for country roads too.
