I've been choosing between the option to repair or reconstruct because I want to get back into sports, so I always thought that the sutures might not be strong enough, but hearing your example has given me a lot of confidence about the suture procedure!

Hi Doctor Greg.. how are you?? I already received yesterday my MRI result. And it says that I have severe, , almost complete tear of my ACL. We note a small ligamentous flap at the anterior intercondylar notch meausuring 7×11 mm with a signal similar to the ligament. With a mild complex sprain of the collateral ligament extreme and moderate of the internal collateral ligament
severe patellofemoral chondropathy.. My meniscus normal no evidence of tearing. Is it possible that I will undergo an ACL surgery??
