How does alienator contact end?

My husband has been living at the alienator in her apartment for over a year. She is also a colleague in a small company and she's been accepted into my husband's family. How can a separation [between them] really take place under these conditions--when she's part of every sphere of the his life? Above all, after a separation [break-up], if he returns to his home, won't it be easy for him to relapse with the alienator in front of him all day long at work?
I read everywhere that the MLCer and the alienator must have no contact whatsoever. We live in a region where there are few job opportunities and I don't think he can be expected to resign and change jobs if he wants to come back.
