That's pretty damn impressive. It will be a while before I pick some up though, I was able to score a bunch of the previous gen torch blades for dirt cheap when they were making room for these.

If you were looking for a reinforcement metal, (or combo of metals) to weld on to the necks of the catalytic converters, what would that be? Ar400 or tungsten carbide strips? Any creative (welding, not shield) DIY solutions to the thievery that's going on?

Are these better for hard steel than the Milwaukee carbide nitrous? I’m just looking for a high quality blade for hardened steel (automotive technician cutting the occasional seized bolt)
