I use the Diablo blade in my Ryobi reciprocating saw to cut through bank vaults. In and out before they know what hit em! One more heist and I’ll have enough money to upgrade to Milwaukee…

When you cut through thick metal, use cutting fluid. It comes in a spray can. Otherwise you are causing excessive heat and wear on blade.

Wood has gotten so expensive that you've moved on to cutting steel for content?

I’ve used their carbide pruning blades to remove huge stumps and their roots. Cutting right into sand and they held up great.

That blade is a beast, I’m betting 25+ cuts using oil. Keep up the great work as the goal is for us to continue to inspire others to build something awesome!👍🏼

I parted out an old wrecked car I used two blades... 1 Milwaukee.... Lasted two cuts through the frame and it was done... Diablo finished the job 30 or forty cuts later..a lot smaller gauge than that heavy Ibeam you cut, that was an impressive test. I also noticed even after 7 cuts the time to cut through was still pretty consistent. I'm sold in Diablo best blades out there.

I always cut thick steel on slow speed and always cooled the blade down constantly as im cutting with some water, it preserves blade life so much. My job pays for the Milwaukee sawzall blades so i have to make em count. Going too fast with the sawzall speed will burn out the blades like crazy, if it sparks its too hot.

Used three of those blade to remove about 200 feet of 2 inch black gas pipe. Each section cut to 10 footer lengths to get them out of the restaurant basement. And also cut about 60ft of 4 inch cast iron sewer pipe.
It blew our minds how we did all that demo with only three blades.
Spent about 70+bucks for a package. I bought 3 of them thinking i was going to use all three packages.

Time to cut :
1st 3:05
2nd 3:12
3rd 3:26
4th 3:40
5th 4:10 (battery died)
6th 3:38
7th 3:45

Just Intresting because I always assumed as the blade dulled it might start taking twice as long to cut something...but it seems almost as sharp the entire time.

You should do a part 2 with the same blade 🙂

God bless you for even doing this guys, I think I'd rattle out my fillings lol

Worst job ever on probably few months ago did a demolition job on a garage / kids playroom and they decided to basically use a flat roof and used 1/2 in plywood and half inch of tar for the roof I must have used at least 30 Sawzall blades because they just kept getting all gummed up with tar. Big waste of money even tried soaking the blades and it probably would have been cheaper to rent a excavator but I guess we all learned our lessons. 😎🇺🇸

Very Very Nice
The biggest think in resist memory was a maple tree I cut up about 2ft across that a storm knocked down.
Years ago we used to cut down old wood frame houses, and cut them up with corded Milwaukee Super reciprocating Saws.

I have one that I only use on pvc, my reasoning being it will always be as sharp as brand new, always make a nice clean straight cut, and cut fast.

Absolutely love it.

For everything else I've been using Milwaukee demo blade, and metal blade for certain things.

Love the wrecker blades, they cut wood, pvc, nails, large aluminum wire, hardy board, some metal, quickly and cleanly and last forever.

Even when they start to show wear they're great for cutting stuff with dirt in it or plaster, stuff I don't wanna dull a brand new blade on.

I locked my keys in my safe. Had to cut my way in, with these blades. Will always buy them. Like a hot knife in butter, but I was nervous, because I haven’t used them before.
