My Nan’s cat started acting like this when he got old. Nan took him to the vet, and it turned out he was going deaf and he could only hear the higher pitches of women and children’s voices and it was freaking him out. He couldn’t hear my Grandad at all, couldn’t hear footsteps etc so we started throwing a toy into his eyeline when we entered a room so he wouldn’t be as freaked out by us. He stopped attacking us the same day we started doing that with him. He was an amazing cat, lived until he was 18, not bad for a 3 week old kitten found in a bag in the river Thames with 5 dead siblings. R.I.P my Moggy

It's like 80% of the issues on the show are caused by owners not having any toys, entertainment or playing with them. So many people assume cats take care of themselves, no they need humans.
