GRUESOME ATTACK: 2 sought after dogs attack neighborhood cat

The Pennsylvania SPCA is asking for help after a heinous attack by two dogs on a family cat in Philadelphia was caught on camera.

The incident happened Tuesday morning on Granite Street in the city's Frankford section.

Video shows two people walking by a home when they seemingly allow two dogs to attack a neighborhood cat named Buddy.

I wish the media would play the audio of the attack instead of simply showing the images. In the unedited raw footage, you can clearly hear the two men encouraging the dogs and shouting _”Get him! Good boy!”_ …seems like a pathetic attempt by the media to minimize the severity of this horrible crime.

Suggestion: Call the Philadelphia Zoo and tell them to not feed 2 female tigers for two days. After two days, bring the scum bags that released the dogs on the cat to the zoo and throw them in a cage with the tigers.
