Why Do They Turn Cakes Upside Down? 🤔

This man is a professional cake artist and he and his team make amazing cakes. But interestingly, after making the cakes, he and his student turn them upside down. Surprisingly, the cakes remain whole, as if they were plaster. Some people say that this is a test of robustness, but I still don't quite understand the real reason for this. For those who dont know this are a test to see if it falls down so whenever it falls down it won't get ruined and the actual reason why it didn't get ruined in the video is that there putted nails under neath if you. look under the last cakes table you can see closely that there are nails so hope this helps and bye guys have a good day❤😊
