I tried to teach my husband to bake. I gave him cornbread for his first try since its so easy. I turned around for 1 min and when I looked back he was overmixing the batter like his life depended on it. I thought the bowl was going to break! I didn't mean to but I yelped "Stop!" Poor batter came out like a Pancake 😭
Haha good memories. I don't know if baking is for him but at least we got memories.

i tried making banana cake for the first time, i was travelling so i didn't had oven or anything, just baked it 😅 everything was fine even the texture was good but the taste is a little bitter, don't know what went wrong

Hi! New subscriber! I have a question, how I make a good buttercream or frosting for cakes? I’ve tried everything and it always turns a mess. It’s more like an icing or the flavor is horrible. I make it with almond milk. I’ve tried heavy cream but somehow I always finish with an icing 😩😣

was making honey cake and the flour got lumpy because I put too much too fast... then I used the sieve and it took me like two hours to get rid of all the lumps, but when cake was baked, it still looked undercooked because most likely it got full of gluten, I'm so sad sjsisjhwdjw
