My blood pressure is running around 100/50 everyday . I am still taking blood pressure meds. I have talked to my cardio doctor about my change to Carnivore eating seven months ago and all my labs look good now and could I get off these meds that are keeping my blood pressure low. Im trying to pattern my behavior after yours, First take blood pressure. Then take Krill Oil and Sea Moss, 2 hours before the doctor appointment.
My problem is, without coffee, I am exhausted and can't get it in gear to even get to the doctor.
Have any suggestions?

It is in small amounts in fish, in huge amounts in sea weed. Do you ever eat sea weed? Guess not!
