How to Thumb Purl for Continental Style Knitters

An alternative way to accomplish the purl stitch especially useful when you have an entire row of purls to knit, as in Stockinette stitch.

Thank you for sharing! I tried by now for about one full year. It's quite ok. But I every time get cramps in my left hand. So I only can knit this way for about some stitches. That works very good. Be blessed!

unfortunately i can't see how your are tensioning the yarn through your other fingers
