The brands are not loyal to their customers, why should the customers be loyal to any brand.

Your right to repair your own equipment is much more important than brand loyalty.

Brand loyalty goes out the window when brands stop being loyal to their customers.

Brand loyalty promotes monopolies, and in case you didn't know monopolies are bad for the consumers. 😅

That neighbor sounds like a pretty intelligent individual to me.

Can you imagine being brand loyal to John Deere only to find out you have to use the dark web so Slavic hackers can fix the damn thing.

Being brand loyal is like being loyal to your insurance agent.

Im a equipment mechanic first day at a dealership my mentor said " they all have pros and cons and all equal out to a point. Its the service that keeps people loyal. Doesnt matter hpw gopd you dozer tractor or skidsteer is if it has issues and isnt fixed right" words to live by as a tech

When they refused the customers right to repair they killed the last bit of loyalty that was left

Nobody runs from a warranty claim like a Deere dealer.

Being loyal to John Deere is just asking to get ripped off.

I just drove a Fendt in while visiting England and it changed my whole perspective about tractors.

I’m so happy my algorithm brought me to good ol’ boys talking about farming. It’s fascinating and these are good Americans.

My grandpa has a Fendt 1151, and the dealerships bend over backwards to help you. Amazing quality tractor as well.

Loyalty is only to the closest dealer that actually has the parts to fix the junk they sell

Being brand loyal is like believing the stripper really likes you.😊

Not a farmer, but I do own a lot of heavy machinery for my business. I wouldn’t call it ‘brand loyal’ but more service/dealer loyalty

I have a couple of JD powered generators, i do not care about JD, but I do have a good relationship with the local dealership. Always got me a good deal, almost no issues with the engines but when there is something wrong, he gets me great service.

And because I ‘know’ JD engines, I know my way around them, recognise issues before they become a problem etc. It’s more a familiarity thing then loyalty to me
