I can tell you The reason most middle class to upper middle class Hindu or Buddhist families send their kids to Catholic schools is not because they prefer their kids to have a Christian education, it’s because they don’t think much of public schools and the private schools are Catholic. They don’t mind the religiosity of the school bc at home the child will be practing it’s own faith with it's family.

Often western religious academics think that Hindus have concluded on what is God and one vs many Gods. In reality, we haven't concluded on it yet. That's the reason for seeking be it by science, meditation etc. on the surface, Hindus may say this is what it is but further in depth probing would reveal it's still ongoing. In reality, we may never figure it out as there are many limitations to human faculties and scientific knowledge.

A Hindu’s input - We all have different energies. Therefore, having just one story, thereby, just one energy type cannot encompass the various energies that different humans carry. Someone might be very driven, another might be very calm, yet another might not want tit believe in a higher power yet believes in Karm, even still another might have a combination of these and a tad bit more.
Humanity needs different energies from the Devine powers to provide a sense of belonging for that specific soul. Monotheism is an over simplification of the real spiritual needs of over 8 billion souls currently roaming our planet.

Hinduism is diverse, vast and deeply philosophical. It is polytheistic due to the vast number of deities yet can be monotheistic in certain interpretations as many hindu believe that there is one god in different avatars. Hindu concepts can include monism and henotheism as well.

If anyone understands Hinduism, they will know that HIndus do not have a problem with other religions. However other religions have a problem with HInduism because Hinduism is fully accepting.
