It’s a blend of the room sound and the miced amp !! Plus two guitars are playing!! So they are both playing!! Shows you what you know!!! On the accents when the cymbals hit that’s the second guitar adding the accent!! Plus this is just an EQ demonstration of course they weren’t using Fender amps!!!

Well I think fender is not best amp to get Metallica sound(if it's not digital amp with emulation)
To get the tone of specific guitarist you should use either same gear or something close to it. And additional variant with digital emulation with software or hardware processors

Every amp has different voicings, even amps of the same model can sound different from one another. It just doesn't work this way.
