PAJERO great all round 4WD. I've taken my 25th Anniversary edition Pajero every where and it has never failed me.

There is only 1 true Pajero - the old school boxy Pajero!😆😆😆

The Pajero sport looks a bit more refined, but I prefer the boxy shape of the old Pajero, and the old-school SUV looks.

Sad I love the pajero shogun. Please Mitsubishi keep the shogun going like the marcedez G class keep the design but upgrade the technology.

I am a former owner of a Mitsubishi Pajero and Nativa having just returned from Kuwait where I owned and drove both for the past 15 years. I was very happy with both vehicles and look forward to owning a new Pajero in Canada next year.

I own a new pajero sport, but I love the old pajero because of its rugged looks and designed for real off-roading.

I'm on my second Pajero and like everything about the vehicle with the possible exception that, when towing a heavy camper, the rear tyres wear faster than solid axles that I have owned.

The 3.2 turbo diesel is a real beauty, switching from 2x4 to 4x4 on the fly is a nice feature for a bloke that lives down a dusty gravel road. And the fuel economy of around 9.5L/100kms isn't too bad at all.

Sad to not see Mitsubishi not continuing with the real Pajero as the Sport just fails to interest me in any department.

I love the regular Pajero, in particular the SWB version. I'd be very disappointed if Mitsubishi stopped making it!

I like the old generations more because they look premium for those days, also they were more capable, had a solid rear axle and more simplicity

I have the NT Pajero and by far is the best car I've owned. Incredibly reliable, and will go just about anywhere I point it (the twin lockers, lift and offroad tyres do help of course). The Sport has great low range gearing (better than the Pajero), hill decent control and even smarter traction control. While the 8-speed auto must be a nice thing, the Asin 5-speed in the Pajero is bullet proof - there is a reason why Mitsi were comfortable giving a 10 year (yes 10) warranty on the drive train.

The old style pajero looks great. Still a winner and more sure footed on the rougher terrain.

I personally prefer the old school off-road style one to pajero sport:]

I love Pajero! Driven Pajero 1, 2 and 3. Great cars. Pajero Sport is not my thing.

Thanks for the review. I had wondered what the sport was like. I'll stick to the real Pajero I think. I am not also all that keen on the unnecessary lines on the sport
