Why do I feel like everyone hates me?

Assuming that “Everyone hates me” is a pretty gloomy thought. Fortunately, it is highly unlikely that everyone around you actually hates you. These thoughts and feelings most likely stem from the way you feel and think about yourself. The fact is that you are valuable as a person and not everyone hates you.

The thing is, literally everyone actually just hates me, i had a trio project in class today and i went to my friends who i was doubting even liked me in the first place and they worked with some other person instead, so i went to some other friends who had a spot open and they told me not to work with them, then i was pushed away by all the other groups until i found two other people who still made fun of me, and its not just this, theres countless other times where no one includes me, not even my best friend, and i dont know how to deal with it
