So this is him talking about the full scale of removal of human beings having the ability to profit from their own creativity and knowledge?

Billionaires who oversaw the passover of the USA to military intelligence are so scary

There it goes again! War, war and more war. How can they, being so intelligent, not realize that one day the Chinese will get fed up with these people who, on the one hand, say they want to do business and on the other, go around laughing at them and saying they are going to wage war on them.

It's crazy that so many people were deceived into thinking AI was intelligent. They're gonna be so fucked. Good thing some of us are going to not have to go through the literal hell on earth these guys are about to launch!!!

The Russians were the first to use very cheap drones to destroy military hardware, I think it was the Geran Drone, And now every one is trying to get into that business. And business is boomin.

8:52 Imagine asking American physicists to do that...

Yeah. That's how they learn. Work with the technicians to see how it's actually done, so then they can apply their expertise and actually don't in a practical manner.

Such arrogance. His views on why startups (sometimes) succeed isn’t some outdated office policy but more about having a stake and say in the product they are building. Why anyone listens to him is beyond me 🙄

But he didn't say anything new or anything surprising.
He is talking about a very logical and obvious progression.
I think he is partly correct but he exaggerates in some parts.

SMH So, his name is so unimportant that he's only "Ex-Google CEO" in your title; really? Say his name!

Whos gonna debug whos gonna deploy whos gonna mannage ci/cd pipeline just because your ceo doesnt mean you fully understand what it takes to deploy that software your managing day to day operations i higly doubt he understands what hes saying himself

Sie reden über Milliarden aber diese Interviews haben immer so eine schlechte Tonqualität als wären sie mit Technik aus den 90er Jahren aufgenommen worden

You don't have to have the full complement of people working day and night. You only need a core to do that. And you can pay them accordingly. And obviously, participation in that core is optional. So, why not just do that? --- Energy: also, the current calculations are based on classic computing, right? Quantum computing could massively lower the power requirements. --- Also, what prevents a big company such as Google to set up startups? With massive head-start, since they can offer (not push!) any resources they possess? --- Regarding the cheap drones busting million dollar tanks: true, but have you seen how the cities look like? They have been razed. Does it worth it? Same thing in Vietnam: soldier, expensive gear, cost a lot to train, bring from US to Vietnam, move to battlefield, keep them up, then he walks into a trap. If dies: net loss. If survives: this appens to thousands, resulting in massive background resources eaten up while they are nurtured back to battle readiness. And all starts again. But: in flies a few planes, they spray Agent Orange and the foliage falls. Massive damage to ecology. People get cancer to this day. The losses are massive either way.
