Community Pays Respects After Teen Killed By Car In Elk Grove

A 14-year-old boy was killed Saturday after he was hit by a car while crossing a heavily traveled road in Elk Grove.

im 64, and was taught as a kid to not trust others seeing you. the younger generation is taught if you are in the crosswalk, you are in the right, but that can still get you dead. Parents need to teach kids to always look both ways.
