The crazy thing is that she got a scholarship for being NICE.... that is how we all should treat people. Cuz nowadays things like this is rare..

It's not that she cut his steak, it's that she was attentive and patient, and graciously attended to and elderly person's needs in the midst of a rush. There are plenty of servers who would have decided that they needed to clear as many tables as possible more than than they needed his tip.

No, cutting someone's food is not "part of the job".

The act didn’t go viral because the world is so bad it went viral because SOMEONE ACTUALLY NOTICED. We live such busy lives we don’t notice the simple acts of kindness around us. She didn’t think of how busy the restaurant was (and how the other customers might yell at her for taking too long or tip her less) she just helped she deserves it.
