I feel like Magneto would be great for this series, he's deeply flawed but has his own strong sense of morality.

Analysing evil: Holly White from Breaking Bad

Something about Bill, is that he does kill innocents. Beatrix’s husband, the few wedding guests, and the piano player are all innocent victims caught up in Bill’s petty revenge. There’s little sense of remorse, and his capability to inflict that kind of evil without second thought makes me think he’s more malicious than you think

These are the characters I hope you eventually do:

Homelander - The Boys (2019-)
John Milton - The Devil's Advocate (1997)
Fast Black - Street Smart (1987)
David - The Guest (2014)
Jerry Blake - The Stepfather (1987)
Lil Z - City of God (2002)
Bane - The Dark Knight Rises (2012)
Steve - Fresh (2022)

I really hope you will do them someday!

I would recommend you do Johan Leibert from Monster, he's a great villain.

The way you choose to do these tierlists is way more interesting than just the bare scale of one's crimes in my opinion. Motivation, qualities, socialisation, biographie, taking all of these and more into consideration is super intriguing. Anyway - Keep up the good work and if you want to do the other tierlist as well - Why not? :D

9:35 both Skylar and the audience already knew that he did everything for himself. The significance of his confession is that he was finally being honest with himself about his motivations

Gustavo needs to be higher than Walter for sure. Walter DID do the things he did for himself, however he still in the end tried to keep his family from being screwed over. He gave Skyler the coordinates of Hank's body. He made sure that she appeared to be forced into the crime life by kidnapping Holly and making the phone call saying she didn't listen to him. He tried to give back all of the money he earned to Walt Jr. before he met with the Nazis. He made sure Jessie was able to leave when he got revenge. Walt was selfish and committed a lot of evil, so I think he is fine where he is at. However, I think Gus is far more evil than Walter. He has no visible remorse for what he does throughout BB and BCS. He doesn't care about people he does business with. The way he deals with Victor and Nacho show that he is not willing to seek options to prevent killing people and is willing to do so for such small reasons. I believe Gus doesn't care about anyone except Max, and he chooses to be that way because he doesn't want to become attached to someone again and lose focus of his revenge plot. However, the emotions Walter displays for the death of Hank shows me a lot more remorse than Gus would ever feel. Gus has become so much more cold-blooded, whereas Walt is still pretending to be tough, even at the end of the show. I do think both characters are tragic, but Gus has accepted the evil within completely.

Once The Boys is over (I think they have two more seasons planned), I'd love episodes on Homelander and Vought as a whole.
And as for something unconventional, I feel like Eddie the Head (Iron Maiden's mascot) would be a good fit. Guy has a surprising amount of lore.

People often forget that Walter White in the 1st season of Breaking Bad gets offered money by his former research partners who are worth billions, to be taken care of financially and fund his medical treatment. It was Walters perfect answer to his problems. But his Ego kept him from taking it being bitter that they had an affair. Walter did it for himself.

Tony Soprano’s mother would be a great villain to cover. Im only on the second season of the show but so far she has been one of the most interesting characters. She displays such a manipulative and abusive personality but yet isn’t directly involved in the mafia like the rest of the characters. She seems scarily realistic to how some people act.

I believe Morgoth should be top of S tier because of two things.
1. He IS the embodiment of evil in a fantasy world.
2. Everything deemed evil has origins in him and so he's lasting effects are purely his fault. I don't think you can say the same for the Emperor. Yes he's evil on a huge scale, but he wasn't the progenitor of suffering and destruction like Morgoth was.

I feel like Terrance Fletcher lying about the death of his student, saying they died in a car crash, adds a pretty hefty layer of narcissism that could move him up a notch or two in my book. He knows how his actions harmed others but then got worse and worse after.

One small comment about the le Domas family: the consequences of them not completing the sacrifice is all of them dying, not just losing their wealth, as we see at the end of the movie. Yes, their first deal with Le Bail was done for wealth, but the Domases we see in the film are doing it for survival.
