From the eery essence of an uncatchable hand obsessed serial killer to the contrast of a quiet man (compared to lets say DIO), araki really shows off his david bowie inspired villian in such an interesting way! Even moistcritical (who hates part 4) admitted that Kira is the main interesting part about said part.
