I’ve enjoyed reading a lot of different takes from all of you regarding placements! I definitely forgot a couple things about a few characters and I’ll be making some changes whenever I update this list. You’ve all also made some pretty good points about others that have made me rethink some of my placements. I knew going into this that a lot of you would have differing opinions regarding certain characters so I’m happy to hear others perspectives. We all benefit from a wider discussion about these things rather than just my view point, so thank you to everyone who’s offered their own insights.

I know creating this video organically rather than going off a script caused it to suffer in certain aspects (like me forgetting details about a few characters) but if anything your comments have encouraged me to keep the format the same and learn from this initial experience to improve the way I approach this type of video next time around. Overall, for my first time making a video in this way, I’m happy with it, and the majority of you seem to be as well, but your feedback is important to me and I’ll be tackling this in a similar yet improved way next time around. The Vile Eye forgot to rank himself, for covering so much evil and so many villains, giving them more exposure and spotlight than they deserve. His actions have informed and inspired others who would do evil. For these reasons, I think we can comfortably put The Vile Eye into S tier.

I’d like to see your take on Homelander from “The Boys” and the comics, I believe he is a very complex character with absolute underlying evil and it would be very interesting to explore.

It's crazy to think about all the lives Palpatine/Sidious has truly affected. He was pulling all the strings behind the curtain of an entire galaxy. Definitely the most evil on this list.

With Annie Wilkes, you overlooked the fact that she was a baby killer when she worked in the hospital, shown by the newspaper clippings that the writer finds in the house. Shoots straight from B to S imo.

Having Palps at the top feels very fitting considering how most of everyone else on the list would in one way or the other work for or be products of him if they were part of the Star Wars universe

Todd from Breaking Bad would also be a great choice for analyzing evil! He’s definitely got some kind of naivety to the severity of his own actions that’s weirdly unique. Great video looking forward to more!

I would like to see Gus Fring from Breaking Bad. He has the monster with the veneer of a gentleman shtick going. Cunning and ruthless but so polite and well mannered. Very Hannibal Lechter.

Joker (TDK) should be closer to the top of A tier. His “redeeming” qualities for all we know are lies, because his origin story is never known and we know he is a compulsive manipulator. He also relishes the idea of being an Agent of Chaos.

Could we get a video profile of Grand Moff Tarkin? He ordered the destruction of Alderaan without even blinking, but he is clearly a man of duty and principal who even Vader seemed to have a great amount of respect for, being a man who seemed to perceive any non-force sensitive beings as little more than insects
