Hey Jan, I will be applying for Czech republic visa and have followed all your advice on how to write the email. I am an Indian passport holder, but I have stayed in UK for 1 year for my masters, do I have to provide any police certificate to the embassy from the UK(will the embassy mention it in the appointment letter?), and does that have to be notorized and Appostilied? I will provide the police certificate from India attested but is UK required

Hi Jan, Thank you very much for the video very informative. Please I wish to find out which documents need to be superlegalised and if applying for a work visa(long term visa) do we need to come along with any proof of funds or your work contract covers up for that?
Also do we get interviewed, as in ask questions related to your work at the embassy or we just submit the documents?

One question... if I'm living in the CZ under ICT card for company X... and this company advertise a vacancy for that accepts blue card application.. can I apply for this vacancy and apply for a Blue Card in the CZ or I must apply for a Blue Card in another country?

Jan, (for spousal )- first I get temp, then permanent residency, I don't want to ship all my household things from US over the first two (temp) years, can I wait and ship the stuff over after on the first year of receiving the permanent residency? Cause my flat is not big enough for all my house stuff now - until I buy another place in like 2 years. Will the Perm residency reset my one year to ship my things? Or will I incur taxes and fees at that time? And whwn does the one year timeline start? After applying, or after final approval? Thanks!

Hello Jan thank you for all the videos and effort.
I have a question I had a long term visa I can get a vzp comprehensive health insurance for the whole duration or a basic insurance for first 3 months and comprehensive for the rest
So after arrival I went to the foreign police to report arrival with the basic health insurance for 3 months and they asked him to provide the comprehensive one after 3 months
And I missed that date now I will get the new insurance and go back to them and I am 1 month late . What issues could happen to me ?
