BUSINESS RESIDENCE PERMIT IN THE CZECH REPUBLIC

You can also change the purpose of your stay from whatever you have now (i.e. student visa, employee card, blue card etc.) to the business Residence Permit after five consecutive years of living in the Czech Republic.

The only exception when you can do it sooner is through the "Job Seeker Residence Permit".
