"General Labor Speed" is the one you were looking for crafting (and a bunch of other stuff) speed. It was the one just under "Global Work Speed" at around 29:43

4:38 Biocoded & tainted stuff can't be sold for anything. Tainted stuff can be gifted via transport pods (not caravans or local trading) for a small amount of faction rep, however; biocoded stuff can't be gifted either (well, technically it can but the gain is zero)

21:10 As of v1.3 shooting skill now matters for mortars, but they're still v inaccurate

28:36 No body part stat boost increases the quality chance of the finished item, but does improve the speed at which it's produced (cf 'work speed'): the quality modifier is tied only to skill lvl, which can be boosted by different methods

Quill have you considered taking boomalopes and instead of using mortars you load boomalopes and extra chem fuel into transport pods and sending them? 100% accuracy and the raiders will attack them and well 🔥 🔥 💥 💥

Is maintenance a mod or built into vanilla? Ex. Maintenance for batteries, solar panels, etc
