The stepmother who basically hijacked her stepdaughter's wedding would have "accidentally" had red wine spilled all over her wedding dress as soon as she arrived if I had attended that wedding. I'd ask the bride for permission first, of course. I'm shocked that the bride's father let that crap happen in the first place.

What a despicable mother in the first story, and she actually married the cheating groom, so now the cheating groom is the bride’s stepfather. And now just imagine how betrayed the bride feels. She will probably never believe in love again after this, and even if she does find love again, she’s still very likely going to have lifelong trust issues.
If I were the bride, I would definitely go no contact with the mother and disown her.

34 years ago, my husband and I got married. My Dad had set up the reception at his VFW lodge. (Veterans of Foreign Wars) It ran pretty smoothly. We didn't have that many people so it was great. The only thing funny was it took me 3 tries to throw my bouquet of flowers as a bride should. I kept hitting the ceiling! :P

That first one is awful.
I couldn’t imagine the trauma that bride went through knowing her fiancé got her mum pregnant.
I have a sister who would do exactly the same as what the brother did do at his sisters wedding ‘propose’.
She would do anything to make anything about me all about her like she did with my engagement.
She is NOT invited to my wedding 😊

With the brother wanting to propose at the other couples wedding that got tackled into the pool you can 100% be assured it wasnt because the siblings are close and would want to share the moment and the day, but because brother is the main character and couldn't stand the focus not being on him.

My cousins wedding a few months ago, had cupcakes instead of a big wedding cake. Her aunt, decided it was ok to help herself to not only one cupcake after the meal, but went back for seconds and offered some to her husband and another couple at her table, BEFORE it was even time, or anyone else had even gotten one!

Only issue in my wedding was we did it at friend's house & his Rottweiler was outside sliding glass door behind officiant, & she barked when they asked if anyone "objected" to the marriage!! No damn lie! Of course everyone cracked tf up!

When a friend of mine got married her attention hungry sister and her bf decided to hijack her reception and he proposed as soon as everyone was sitting down. The whole evening was spent trying to get people to remember they were already at a wedding! Her sister would take over any conversation, especially one about the bride and groom, even people she'd never met and tell everyone the whole story of how they met right up to every word of his proposal. My friend's husband had to go around and ask people if they would mind doing their speeches, and there were only about half a dozen people for the cake cutting. My friend was heartbroken, and even though most of the guests looked uncomfortable, very few actually did anything to make sure the bride didn't feel her wedding had become about everyone BUT her.
This is why I am very emphatic how I feel about people proposing at weddings. She was happy for her sister, but her own wedding was sacrificed for it!
