Many of us struggle when it comes to understanding our self-worth and because of this we tend to undersell our talents, efforts and capabilities.
Use this powerful affirmation to remind yourself that you are worth it.

The Key phrase for this Workout is: WORTH IT
W - 45s Wall Sit
O - 30s Mountain Climbers
R - 60s Air Punches
T - 20 Military Planks
H - 60s Butt kicks
I - 15 Burpees
T - 20 Military Planks
The workout is 1x Round and the rest period between each exercise is 0-30 seconds.
Modifications are included but remember to pause the video where needed and go at your own pace.
