Day 4 of the Just Workout Squad 30-Day Workout Challenge is
'I AM STRONG'
This workout will not only have you sweating buckets but it will certainly make you feel STRONG!!

I want you to remember to say this affirmation all day and hold your head high, shoulders back and walk proud.

You are STRONG!

The Keyword for this Workout is: STRONG
S - 25 Glute Bridges
T - 20 Military Planks
R - 60s Air Punches
O - 30s Mountain Climbers
N - 50 Sumo Squats
G - 20 Push-ups

You only need to do 1x Round of this workout and the rest period between each exercise is 0-30 seconds.

Quick Fat Loss Tips to take:
- Heavily reduce refined/processed carbs (SIMPLE SUGARS!!)

05/12/2023 6 weeks and 3 days postpartum❤ I just can’t do push ups… for 27 years I haven’t done one successful push up😅 but I finished the rest! Proud of myself

I’m so glad to be back, i did this a few months ago, lost 8 pounds and then i had a set back and now I’m back prayerfully to complete the full 30 days. I just finished Day 4...Let’s keep going....

After day 4, I feel as if my breathing is getting better! Definitely a nice challenge when work/school is going on. Looking forward to tomorrow and pushing through ☺️

im literally seeing results already. i worked out for two days before starting this and my chronic bloating is gone completely. im gonna keep going bc girl this

I did day 5 by mistake right after the intense day 3 workout &I am back to day 4 today. Glad I made it through.

Day 4 I am Strong and very courageous (according to the Bible 😀). I completed the workout with modifications on mountain climbers and sumo squats. Sweating and I feel the burn. Warm down stretches and I'm ready for Day 5! Hope everyone is ready to get stronger! 🙂💪 Thanks Mrs. Muscle

This workouts are everything I've been looking for, I was in need of a challenge and I got it here. I'm so thankful for this. Also, yesterday was a killer one, but worth it (I'm so sore, long time didn't happen), today was also great and on point. I'm loving this so much.

I’m just done with Day 3. And I’m here now lying down on the bed. 🤣 Tired but feeling fulfilled. When it’s getting hard, I did the modified versions. And after doing the workout of the day, I always watch the next day workout so that I can ready myself and stretch as much as I can 😅 Thank you for this workout videos! I’m doing them to get healthier ❤
