Alador divorce arc is gonna be good to see.
Ya think Darius doesn't like him because they used to be friends and Odalia slowly took more and more of Alador's time or something?

Can we just appreciate how they showed an abusive relationship where the woman is the abuser and the man the victim? It's so rarely shown because there's this idea of physical strength equalling to mental strength. But it's true that a lot of men get trapped in abusive relationships too, and I'm glad they addressed that issue here.

Alador went from being one of the most hated characters to being a victim of abuse in many ways from being forced to work, losing his children due to not working and not being able to spend time with them, plus whatever else she probably threatened him with. It really hurts to see that he's wanted to be a good dad from the start

Alador went from neglectful father to a pretty decent human being able to do the bare minimum for his daughter great character development!

Despite what everyone else is saying, Odalia and Alador didn’t actually divorce yet. Alador just quit working with Odalia, and Odalia refused to give him his severance package after leaving the company. However, a divorce or EXTREME marriage counseling is definitely in order after Belos is defeated.

This really puts into perspective why Odalia belittles Amity so much.
She reminds her of Alador. Making Amity dye her hair green so she looks less like Alador and seeing his mannerisms in Amity and hating then
A lot of Alador's maybe more rebellious nature was worn down by Odalia with time, but Amity is still a free spirit
The twins are already enough like Odalia (in her opinion) that she doesn't have to worry about them, but she sees Amity as a project she needs to work on to get rid of any 'imperfections', like she did to Alador

I’m glad Alador finally stood up to Odalia after realizing just how heartlessly evil she really is. Both excited and anxious to watch the season finale this Saturday.

The Blight genes are really strong on the latest episode. 🧬 This just solidifies that Amity is not like her mom during the first season with green hair (which Odalia like her hair green) and I’m so happy she grew a lot. 🥹 Amity is sooo much like her dad. Both take Abomination courses, both went to the Bonesborough Brawl, both are born with brown hair, both like girls 😉 and now they blush the same. 😆 Totally a papa’s girl! 💜💚
