The Witcher: 'Like father like daughter' (S02E07) scene

I love there father daughter relationship dynamic. I find it really interesting just how much he's grown to care about her, from stranger's to father daughter in just 8 episodes.

Who else is excited for season 3??????
I want to see the trio next season, Yennifer playing the role as mother/teacher, Geralt the destined dad, and Ciri the chaotic teen daughter who's capable of destroying the world.

I'm a sucker for the young girl with her father figure protecter, thats why I love this whole franchise. And Henry as Geralt is a match made in heaven. This scene is perfect, you can see the rage and the betrayal in his eyes when said mine

I knew the first time he hugged her i felt his love and care for her but holy damn when he says that one word "Mine"...his possessive protective ferocity all in one for his Wolf pup made me melt!!!

I love how he moves from blocking her with the flat of the blade, to leveling the edge of it at her.

Getting to see them take the time to make Geralt's care and protectiveness towards Ciri so powerful is the best part of this show for me. Sure, Geralt isnt a super cuddly father figure.

But he would move heaven and earth to protect her. Hell hath no fury like Geralt after someone dared to hurt his daughter
