Thank you so much for this, I have an old Gigabyte motherboard and just updated from BIOS F7 to F9a.

Even though I got the same style of blue bootscreen with only minor difference in operating it, my update was detected and executed automatically before I could try and type what you were showing.

Suffice to say though, I can now get better CPU.

finally figured it out after watching your video, for some reason my ass rock motherboard defaulted to floppy instead of usb even though it was disabled
and it turns out i already had newest bios :D
