I'm tired of waking up late. Let's go from waking up at 10-11 AM to 5 AM.

From the 5 AM Club by Robin Sharma to Miracle Morning by Hal Elrod, a lot of people claim that waking up at 5 AM will change your life. I'm here to put that claim to the test. In this video, I outline the debate of whether or not waking up at 5 AM is worth it and the strategy I used to wake up at 5 AM for 5 days in a row.

It's 2 weeks after I did the challenge and so far, I've been waking up in between 6-7 AM naturally without an alarm, sleeping at around 10-11 PM.

I can safely say that doing this 5 day challenge will most likely reset your sleep schedule.

Rising early is always beneficial.
I used to get up at 4:30am and start my work with prayer and meditation.
It doesn't change only your schedule but also the way you behave and it needs 3 weeks.
3 weeks is enough to change the game.
But nowadays due to lockdown things have changed.
I find myself less productive and lazy due to my new odd sleeping habits.
It's never too late but still I can manage to come on track with my old routine.
It doesn't matter in relation to the amount of talent you possess if you don't have or ignore the self-discipline you can achieve nothing.
By the way it was a very courageous attempt in this video.

For me, personally, its harder to wake up at 5 or 5:30 .... when I try to wake up around 4am in the morning its easier... I believe that is because of the sleep cycle ...I guess 5am seems to be in the deep sleep cycle... so it makes it harder...whereras 3am or 4am waking up .. I don't feel shitty at all ... maybe you should try. But if I wake up that early ... I have more time ...and more headstart I like it ... and since I wake up very early ...it makes me tired and sleepy around 9 pm which normally doesn't happen. So for the first few days, feel a bit tired but once my body adjusted to fall asleep early (naturally sleepy.. not me trying hard to stick to sleep at 9pm ) then the tiredness goes away and I become comfortable with the new sleep schedule. I think stressed dreams probably comes from you trying to stick with the bedtime ... it happens to me as well when I try to fall asleep early despite the fact that I am not sleepy yet...because of the time the next morning wake up time, then surely that night I didn't get sound sleep and have stressful dreams ...

it wasn't until i became so burdened with my mental health that my sleep patterns became imbalanced. sleep is so important, it impacts so many things in correspondence with daily life tasks, short and long term memory, mental clarity, focus to name a few...
this video made all my anxieties and worries, with my sleep, disappear. i can't thank you enough 😭i will be trying this and i'll update with my results !!

Hi!🙋‍♀️ I am a 14 year old Indian, I always wake up around 4:30 - 5:00 am.
It's always beneficial, besides it's highly scientific - proven by AYURVEDA.

I remember all my dreams every night and they are lucid dreams every night. yeah. I wake up very sleepy due to highly detailed and realistic dreams or anime style dreams as they cost alot of energy to create.
