DOOMFIST ... For Noobs

Doomfist is my favorite hero in Overwatch, so it's finally time for me to show all you noobs how to cause doom with a fist in this episode of "For Noobs."

One thing he forgot to mention is doomfists passive.
Everytime doomfist does damage with his fist (punch, uppercut, slam, ultimate) He gains a temporary shield that slowly starts to drain away. This can potentially double his health.

Most people probably don’t expect Doomfist to be that hard, since he can One shot the majority of the Roster, but the true difficulty of playing Doomfist well lies in the Skill of not feeding.

6:38 i heard (not 100% sure) that doomfist was actually a tank in devolpment but his abilities were to aggressive and too fast for a tank so they changed him into a dps (again not 100% sure)

I learned doom a couple months ago, and while at the time of watching this video I already know all of this stuff and more, this is still well put together. Learning how to not feed can be hard, but once you've figured it out, and figured out how to properly execute combos and some actually useful rollouts, you can be a carry. The one-shotting and shields he gives can make him surprisingly hard to kill. Once you've really learned the basics you definitely should work on not only doom parkour but a few of his more obscure techs as well
