My biggest issue is that she took the name of someone else’s brand, double down on it, made it the other brand have to stop selling contacts under their own name, and then she ends up, closing down her company, so now there was no reason for her to of even stolen the name, and now two brands are out because of her

I think it's interesting that she managed to shift the narrative that she's a terrible "CEO" whose bad business decisions led to the downfall of her brands to a woman that is closing down her brands because she fell out of love with them.

I was at an Ulta with my mom the other day doing some end-of-year sale shopping, and there was a Jaclyn Cosmetic section. It was all on sale MASSIVELY but everything was still in stock. Asked the associate about it and she just shrugged and said no one had even asked about it, let alone buy any products.

The new owners of Morphe were not going to honor the lucrative brand deal she had with the bankruptcy documents. So she is taking her name back and my guess she will relaunch under a new brand with a new partner. Jaclyn is not going to give up that coin.

Kevin James Bennet said she was offered to take over Jacklyn cosmetics and she turned it down. They gave REM the same offer and Ariana Grande took her brand from forma. So she definitely made the decision to let her brand close, when she didn't chose to take over.
