Dooby, I think you should try tunisian food. We also use everything in a lamb including liver, lungs and kidneys (and heart) and it's very spicy food (Harissa country)

Another great combination is Kimbapppp and tteokbokki sauce. MUST TRY!!

My tip: if you’re full. Ask if they can dip/pour sauce on the food you want. If you’re polite and the lady is kind, she might give you.
