We do those shorties on Holdens but you probably call them opel or chevys over there. The 2.8/3.0s run them and the craptiva/cruze also.

looks like an old 5.7 or 6.5 GM glow plug. Probably not though, every one of those blew their tip off and deposited it on the floor right under the tailpipe.

Mazda bongo or Ford Freda perhaps, they've had short glow plugs, just over 3"
