Sugar free is the key in most of these items. Doesn’t say sweetener free or low calorie.

this is wrong. the net weight difference is from the heaviness of the sugar. you would measure the volume of the final product (the pudding) or if a recipe calls for 10g of the sugar free, you would need to use 4x the weight of the full sugar one to get the same result in terms of flavor/consistency

Yeah but they don't make sugar free stuff for people only looking to consume less calories.

If it's the same calories but one has no sugar added I'd still prefer not loading up on sugar tbh

That’s actually insane. Welp my ninja creami list just changed

But both the no sugar and full sugar make 4 portions per box with 2 cups of milk. So if you actually make pudding it's a saving of 260 cal per box. But if you only use it as an additive there's little difference

I’d rather eat more calories then more sugar. Insulin response will effect weight loss more than a couple calories.

The sugar free one can provide the same flavor with less grams and less calories

Some people can't handle sugar well... that's like comparing gluten free and gluten products

but the serving size isn't 7g of the full sugar one Not sure how you came to this conclusion i'd rather get 25 calories than 100+

Im confused, it should have more calories because of the extra sugar

Bro is a liar one is 20 to 30 calories per serving and one is 90+ per serving. It's not even that hard to disprove.

The sweetener is alot sweeter than the real sugar so you need less to get thr same sweetness

Well, not exactly. Both serving sizes make 1/2 cup prepared. Therefore, with the full sugar version, you'd have to only consume a teaspoon to have the equivalent of the sugar free version.

Sugar-free brands are not just for dieters trying to lose weight. Also those are two different brands so of course they're going to have different amounts. You can clearly see one is family size and the other isn't. L take.

Glucose spikes are just plain not good for you though and real sugar causes a significantly higher spike
