Wow its almost been 5 years this August from when I moved to Florida..! So much has changed and for those of you that have been around since way back when, you know its been crazy!

I wanted to make this video to encourage you that YOU CAN DO IT! You're not alone and I promise even though it might feel scary or uncertain, change is a GOOD THING.

🌴☀️🫶 I know this video was made three years ago but it's just what I needed this morning as my boyfriend and I and my little dog are gearing up to make a big leap and move to Florida.
Lived in the Northwest my whole life and just so very ready for a change of weather and just new beginnings.
I've never been to Florida but my boyfriend has and fell in love with it and thinks that I'm going to love it.
I have my own massage therapy business in the Northwest and really scared to let it go but praying that new doors and New beginnings will open up 🙏🌞🌴☀️
I've learned over the years as I've gotten older I'm 41 LOL that sometimes you just have to plan a little and then just take that big leap of faith!!!!🤪☀️🌴🌞

I have been to Florida 4xs, I ABSOLUTELY love Florida. I went to Fort Lauderdale in 1992 & 1993. I went to Orlando in 2019 & to Cape Coral, Florida for my birthday in 2021.
Years ago when I was married I told my husband I wanted to move to Florida & he shot the idea down cause he has no vision. Now I'm happily divorced & I will be moving to Orlando, Florida June 1, 2025.
I'm single, happy & I MUST live near the ocean. The way I feel when I'm in Florida is the way I need to feel every day.
I have been @ my job for 3 years & I love it; I'm planning to transfer to one of my companies Orlando locations.

Girl I did the same thing! I’m from Indiana and went on vacation and fell in love with Florida! I moved three weeks later and now it’s been almost four years! Best decision ever!

True story: my sister turned to her husband in the middle of the night and said, "I wanna move to Florida now!" They rented a U-Haul and knocked on my mom's door at 3 o'clock in the morning to say Goodbye...😘

I grew up in Sarasota and moved to the UK 10 years ago where I was born but I haven’t been happy and I want to go back to Sarasota soooo bad. I have family in Sarasota. Finances are a problem right now so that’s why I haven’t moved yet. I love this video thanks .

Florida is like cheesecake and icecream....I love cheesecake and icecream. But having cheesecake and icecream for breakfast lunch and dinner everyday all the time gets old.
That's like living in Florida near the beach. Beach in the morning, day, and night. Beach all the time is a night mare. Especially in Sarasota....Old retired married couples live in Sarasota...by the beach...

I moved to Ormond Beach/Daytona when I was 24--leaving Delaware and the cold and family. Lived there for 8 years and loved it but needed a career change so moved back to DE for 3-4 years and got a 2nd associate degree and off to Cali I went and still here 28 years later! I drove all the way by myself with a CB radio and gun! Now thinking about moving back to FL--I'm 65 now so we'll see!
