Thanks for the demo! I'm getting ready to harvest my first dill from my Aero Garden. I'm going to make dill dip for vegetables. The recipe calls for dried dill weed, I'll have to find a conversion for dry vs fresh. Dill can also be excellent in fresh made ranch dressing.

Don't listen to those Bozo's who say you talk too much. I want you to talk too much. Tell me every step to use along the way. I have a question for you. A recipe calls for 2 bunches. What constitute 2 bunches? In other words, is 2 bunches about a cup?

It's also delicious in potato salad. Essential for chicken noodle soup, and brilliant in a cucumber and sweet onion cold salad (along with the requisite dijon, sour cream, salt & pepper to taste for the cuke salad)

Well .... the bottom parts of the dill ...loaded with flavour and use it for soups and sauces !!!

My first time using dill, and I just ripped it off the stems. I didn't think the stems were to be used.
