Awesome video. Making my first Tzatziki sauce and had never heard of dill before (besides pickles). This video was super succinct and very helpful to learn how to turn the package of greenery I bought into the ingredient I needed for my recipe.

Well I’m 64 years old and have discovered I really do like fresh herbs in ALL my dishes!! I’ve always considered myself a decent cook but I think Covid 2020 thru 2021 made me look at cooking at home through a brand new lens!! Restaurant closures and more made me try meals I use to only eat out!!
Anyway… thanks for the tip!!!
