kaspersky cloud security provides a free optioin

like i said in few comment, i was lightweight AV user, i dont use other feature except realtime AV ....
and i hate defender so much because the ram usage, , , and the cpu... but in the midle of of 20h or 21h i forgot.. i back to defender...

the Memory and CPU Usage management by w10 getting better. and... no one know about the house better than the owner .... and i stop using other av...

my historical av: (in order of use)

CA Av (w95c -until- xp )
avira only 3-4 month
comodo av ( xp if im not wrong because i use their timeback machine too)
panda
avast
comodo cloud (because panda changed to panda dome and have problem with ram and cpu usage)
comodo cloud + kaspersky cloud in other pc
panda dome (the already fix the bug and in the same time comodo cloud will closed their services soon )+kaspersky cloud
comodo av only several month and 100% use kaspersky
back to panda dome
and defender until today....

in same time, i stop use 3rd utilities like iobit, ccleaner, defrag(many of them include defragler or someting like that)
i back and use as many as i can windows tools except revo :D and iobit unlocker and tclock... now at w11 i use tclock with startallback ( iuse tclock because the custom alarm :( and lightweight ofcourse lol

Trust me, other anti-virus software is better. Windows Defender is good, but for more advanced features and better protection, AVG or Avira do the job nicely. 👍

Malware bytes is also great for detecting malicious files and programs.
