Advanced features of Defender ATP are inside Settings -> Endpoints ( from tech support of Defender)

I use ATP to manage over 20k devices. Sure, defender itself in terms of detection and remediation could always be better, but the tools and information ATP gives us is incredible. If a user does something suspicious, tries to bypass a restriction, or does obtain a malicious file, we see the entire story with all the details we would need, along with the tools to take proper action. Combine ATP with additional policies/restrictions most organizations utilize and you have a well secured environment. I absolutely love using ATP.

There is no ATP anymore. It’s now called Defender for Endpoints. It also has a great deal of settings to male it more useful. I’d be more than happy to give an overview if you ever wanted one. An overview of the whole defender stack too, if wanted.

Hey! I had an unrelated question which I thought would make a good "bump" comment too for the YT. I was wondering is there any streamlined way to make say, your PC running windows have another PC download something from your PC? Like if I'm on my gaming PC and I wa.t to DL a file, I could click on it to DL, but another PC like an old laptop that is not on your LAN but on the internet, actually download it? I have an old laptop that I use to DL files off my LAN just in case it is infected. However, I don't like to have to go over to it, look it up and then download on it when I'm already on another PC. It would be a handy quailty of life thing imo. I can't think.of any way off hand, but it seems like it should be possible. Any suggestions wpuld be awesome! Thanks for the video too btw!

Hey man, can you please comment on occurrence of blue screens when trying to do a memory dump? Plenty of people commented that this happened to them in your video about performing memory dumps. Could malware cause this? BSOD happens immediately at the beginning of the dump.

I've got a problem. Whenever I use memory dump tools like DumpIt or FTK Imager, my computer instantly crashes with BSOD.

I use mods for a game and the mods that I apply the next day disappear, for example if I apply the mods today and tomorrow when I turn on my PC the mods are gone, when I started having this problem the only change I made to my PC was to install a windows update, well, I suppose it has to do with Microsoft 365 defender or is it coincidence ?

personally I am tired of using windows for several reasons unfortunately there is no operating system that is similar to windows so I don't waste a lot of time learning how to use it, so I am really forced to be stuck with an operating system that I don't like...
