Great restoration work! This is the original AV version of the Xbox 360 known as Xenon but it actually has a repaired GPU-Elpis inside which means it won't RROD! Also has the rarer NXE dashboard which is even rarer to get on a fixed GPU Xbox 360 so don't update

I brought a dozen broken red ring xbox 360 consoles and fixed about 4 of them. Somehow just got tired and didn't feel like fixing them anymore. Maybe when I have more time when I am retired.

I'm surprised you know where the issue is without taking a multimeter and go around the whole board testing. I know the other way people fix them were to use the heat gun going all over the board hoping to remelt the bad solder joint. But there are times when the caps needs to be replaced.

I do this where I live as I run a gameshop in a flea market, i have around 2, 200 games
and a lot of consoles come in very rough shape, I don't believe in a simple wipe down and sending that problem to another person

I swore after the last XBOX 360 that I fixed, I would never open one again in my life. Those damn plastic clips! And you make getting the X clamps off look so easy, i was nearly in tears by that stage 😂😅

360s are one of my favorite consoles to fix as they have pretty simple internals. Unfourtinatly have some issues that are exteremly difficult to fix at times... like that damn red ring.

you are applying too much thermal paste, and its better to use a compressed air bottle to blow out radiators
