Today is a leg workout workout so be ready to turn up the intensity! Your workout today challenges you to work for 30 seconds and rest for 15 seconds . I used my 10, 15, 20, and 25 pound dumbbells so grab your dumbbells and let's CRUSH IT!

One of the main thoughts that got me through this workout was, “at least there aren’t any split squats.” 😭 loved it 😅🙌🏽

Y'all! Sydney MURDERED my legs! Holy cannoli that workout was insane! Know what's even MORE insane? I made it through the whole thing!!! Never would I have EVER believed I could do that a year ago. Thank you so, so much for the push, Sydney! I know I had it in me all along, I just needed someone to push me. Can't wait to see what October has in store <3

Sydney's Daily Wisdom (46:19): "You get through, finish, do the tough things, and you can move on so much easier. Don't let that be your mental roadblock. Don't let it be your barrier to say, 'I know this is gonna be hard, I don't want to do it.' Yeah, it will be hard. But the sooner you get it done, the sooner you can get on with whatever else you have to do in the day that's probably not as much of a challenge or not as daunting to you." Sydney has taught me not to fear things that are hard. I've learned to trust my strength on the mat, and that has translated to off the mat as well. So I've been trying to "eat the frog" as the saying goes and not avoid things that are difficult for me. On another note, I have to share that it is my one year anniversary of working out daily with Sydney. I haven't missed a workout in a whole year! I'm incredibly proud and grateful for this community.

Happy 1 year Sydney anniversary to me! Still killed, great to see my form improve and know I've gone up in weight. From 3-5kg to 8kg.
Attempting to do lunge jumps knowing last year I probably pulsed... lots of little improvements.

I already know my legs are going to be sore tomorrow. Sydney wasn't kidding when she called this program STRONG. Every single workout has pushed my assumptions about how strong I am. I'm stronger than I thought I was. I can't wait to crush the last workout tomorrow.

I was sore for 3 days after the last leg day, after this one, I may not be going up or down stairs for a few days...lol! Thanks Syd, the world's best trainer, motivator, and the one who gets me to push harder everyday! Thank you Sydney! Love you!
