Hi Alex, thanks for the Video. It really inspired me a lot.
I was in relation with a girl for about 1yr, though she didn't agreed to me. But she was in relation and told me once or twice that I wanted to be her life partner. After some days we both were separated due to profession but usually had a chat everyday. When one day I asked to marry me. She told me that I am not interested in you from day one and now I am moving with my Ex. I felt so depressed, cheated. All negative emotions were running in my mind because I felt her as my life and now I feel it as a mistake now

This is what fucks with my head I genuinely love and care for someone then she turns her back on me and walks out of our 3 year relationship as if it never existed. And what now? Just act as if it never happened and move on without her? Or act as if she meant nothing to me? I took her for granted! I was so insecure everything came out so wrong. I couldnt see how she could love me so much. But there was good times but more bad times. stupid little fights that i should've had let go. i was so immature i am ashamed. I see my mistakes but i won't have that chance with her anymore. especially that the relationship was long distance. but would go see her every 2 to 3 months. It ended on Dec 22 she told me all the bad which she was right i apologized and i let her go. Jan 1 she text me happy new years i wish you nothing but the best. and would post little sayings like most people say i thought it was about me. I broke no contact a week ago. i felt i really had to apologize because i did make her feel bad and it was my mistakes why would she reach out. my insecurities ate me up and she ended feeling controlled. I walked into a really different woman she said she don't have any hate for me but that she felt alone when with me. and was stupid for being with me that long. i do not know how she went from texting me happy new years to just i guess trying to push me away. i guess she wanted to make it clear there was no chance to that cycle we had. but i learned but i learned a lesson at the sacrifice of a great girl. breaks me that she has the image of me. i got suspended from my job because i distracted and i can't get out of bed. she seems so happy now. and i wish i can grow and i see it but i am feeling to depress. hanging out with my friends doesn't feel like i am there. i hate myself for this one. what hurts is that she moved on, i want to be like that. i feel dumb for asking for a chance i should've just apologized and thats it. She will never come back and i know this for sure and yet i can't seem to get over it. seems my guilt of how i acted is weighing on me. she offered me friendship but i said no. i know that will just hurt me because ill wait and she would most likely already be moving on

I had stuck in the same situation.Iwas pleading and chasing for any chance.She said to that i m not the man for her .She put all the blame on me.I tried to resolve the problems and to change my behavior but i was still emotional and she sensed it.She came back for 1 night and thats it.I was trying to do jesures and to soeak with her bur without any result and now on i m no contact from 6 monts.I was begging with gifts and trying for 3 months.

Hi coach, thank you so much for answering my msg the other day. Here is what happened after breakup...am I too late to implement no contact again?

i was obsessed to have a talk with him right after breakup, but at the same time i didn't want to come up as annoyance. so I only contacted him 1 or 2 times a month(later i learned that those are all mistakes)

july: break up

Aug:
called him, he sounded nice but told me he was still very busy, I told him i'll reach out again for a talk in sept. he said i can still text him if i want, i did text him days later, no reply.

Sept:
called again, no reply, called the next day trying to asked him out. He was much colder than last time but still agreed to meet up. We met a week later, he was very nice, i clarified some misunderstandings. at the end, he told me "he needs to think about it. we will talk next time". after we met, he replied my texts and even shared random pic with me. but it only lasts for 3 days, he ignored my msg afterwards.

Oct.: i msged him. let him know im in town, asked him out for dinner. Before we met, he texted me saying "we are not couples anymore, we are frinds~", i agreed. He brought me to nice restaurants and treated me nicely. we laughed and talked like normal friends. couple days later i msged him telling him i agreed his idea of being frds. he replied thank you.

a week alter, i randomly sent a picture to him, no read no reply again.

I decided to go no contact for real this time in November while focusing on my self improvement...but his bday is coming up in 2 weeks. my msg is still showing no read no reply. Should i reach out? or is it too late to do no contact again?

We were LDR, broke up because he was busy with his career goals, our relationship becomes his burden And it's tiring him out.
